. Managed Funds (MFs) and Unit Trusts: The pros and cons of pooling your resources with other investors to invest in particular asset classes; sources of information, and how they work.

. Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs): The ways in which ETFs combine characteristics of MFs and LICs. How they are organised. We review the data on ETFs.

. Listed Investment Companies (LICs): Similarities and differences of LICs to MFs (eg investors can own shares in LIC’s which own shares in different companies). How LIC shares are traded on the stock market.
